We are currently running at about a 2 week turnaround to get orders printed and shipped out. Please allow that amount of lead time (sooner if possible!) before expecting your shipping confirmation email.

Most items are shipped via USPS. CrossRiver Clothing is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service.

Since we print each shirt by hand, there will always be a degree of variation between each print.

Since each item is hand printed to order, we don't accept returns on any pieces but we will exchange an item for a different size if we have it in stock! Sale items, seasonal items  and anything that has been cut or destroyed will not be eligible for exchange. Please send the original item to the return address on your package with a note including your name, order number and what you would like to exchange the item for (style AND size) so that we can complete the return as quickly as possible and get your new item sent out right away!
